If you haven't been then Rome hands down. Other than that Reykyavik, but it really depends on what stuff you like and what you want to do. Drinking, Munich or Reykyavik, culture/sightseeing Rome or Florence, relaxed, chilled place probably Seville, stunning scenery get down to Sorrento and the Amalfi coast, just fly into Naples.

San Sebastián if you like your grub, best tapas for me, though not been to Seville yet. Got a beach too, though the weather can be a bit iffy. Spanish, but with a French feel, as it's not far from the border.
